The historic villa was originally built as the residence of the factory owner – brickyard owner. The quality of bricks is still appreciated by builders in the wider area, despite their age and long-term exposure to weather conditions, they still retain their original surface and are not weathered. The only imperfection in their appearance was atmospheric pollution, which could not be removed by steam or pressurized water. Using a pulsed laser, it was possible to very effectively remove both the dark unsightly tinge and pollution from the corrosion of some steel elements, while maintaining a certain patina, which is the added value of similar monuments. The renovation took place with minimal harassment of the residents, without polluting the surroundings and destroying the adjacent vegetation. After cleaning, the joints were repaired
