The historic villa was originally built as the residence of a factory owner - the owner of a brick factory. The quality of the bricks is still appreciated by builders in the wider area; despite their age and years of exposure to weather conditions, they still retain their original surface and are not weathered. The only imperfection in their appearance was atmospheric pollution, which could not be removed with steam or pressurized water. Using a pulsed laser, it was possible to very effectively remove both the dark, unsightly tint and pollution from the corrosion of some steel elements, while maintaining a certain patina, which is an added value of similar monuments. The renovation took place with minimal inconvenience to the residents, without pollution of the surroundings and destruction of adjacent vegetation. After cleaning, the joints were repaired
