Renovation of the bronze plaque

Skanska turned to us with a request to renovate a commemorative bronze plaque, which should be exhibited in the Emil Kolben Quarter. The plaque was placed in a construction warehouse for a long time, the surface of the bronze was significantly corroded. First, several tests of the cleaning process on the back of the board were carried out. After approval by the contracting authority, all impurities and residues of the once applied colourless varnish were removed using a pulsed laser so that the surface of the bronze casting was not disturbed.
