Removal of inorganic deposits from furnaces

Laser removal of inorganic impurities from mechanical parts of the furnace in automotive production – during the process of baking radiators and other aluminum elements in the furnace, inorganic compounds evaporate and subsequently condense on the internal surfaces of the furnace. When repairing the sliding rollers, it was necessary to prepare the surface for welding, due to poor access, it was not realistic to clean the surface mechanically without demanding disassembly and long-term interruption of operation.
